Privacy Policy
Samu apps are built by Habfab. We build tools that respect your attention and your data. This policy covers how our apps collect and use information.
What we collect
Crash and error reports. We use Sentry to catch bugs and crashes. Sentry receives your device type, OS version, app version, and a crash stack trace. It does not receive your name, email, or the content of anything you type or record.
Subscription and purchase data. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat receives a device identifier, subscription status, and purchase receipts from the App Store or Google Play. Habfab does not see your payment card details — those stay with Apple or Google.
Voice recordings and transcripts (Peace Alarm). Evening reflections are recorded and stored on your device only. They are never transmitted to Habfab or any third party.
Voice recordings and transcripts (Enso). Enso is a cloud-based service. Recordings are uploaded for transcription and stored on our servers so you can access them across devices. You can export and delete your data at any time.
Usage data. We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage data (screens visited, feature frequency) to understand how the apps are working. This data cannot be linked back to you individually.
Accounts
Some apps require an account; some don't. Peace Alarm does not require an account. Enso requires an account to sync recordings across devices. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password hash to authenticate you. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Third-party services

- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing and app distribution.
Data retention
On-device data (Peace Alarm recordings, preferences) remains on your device until you delete the app. Cloud data (Enso recordings, transcripts) is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing minh@samu.ing. Crash reports are retained by Sentry for 90 days.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
